We were on vacation in Palo Dura Canyon when our 12 year old got sick. We took him in and after listening to his symptoms the intake nurse swabbed for strep. Dr. Gretchen Adams had the results before seeing us and treatment was started immediately. Under the circumstances, this was an amazing experience! Our son got better and was able to enjoy the remainder of our vacation including the much awaited zip lining. Highly recommend!!! (in the last week)

In Amarillo for the holiday I had a medical issue and found BSA Urgent Care! So glad I did! Great staff (thank you Dresden!) Great nurses and great dr! From the moment I called to confirm they were open till I walked out the door everyone was kind and knowledgeable. Thank you BSA!! (a month ago)

Went for first time tonight about 30 min before closing everyone we dealt with was professional and kind. Our wait was less than our usual Dr., though, as I said, we went right before closing. Absolutely no complaints. Especially considering our other option was the ER. (2 months ago)

I was screened for flu and strep. After over a two hour wait, the MD came in and listened to only my breath sounds. Did not look at my sore throat or in my ears or nose. Said the results of flu and strep were negative but was going to treat me for flu and out the door she went. While in the room with door shut no one came to check on me or just stick their head in to say anything. Just a little communication and compassion would make a lot of difference. Especially when you can here the staff laughing and carrying on at the nurse station. (5 months ago)

It's so disappointing this used to be my go to place when me and my husband or my kids were sick and has gotten to where the people are so rude and so condescending and then you go to the pharmacy after your visit and wait an hour and a 1/2 and they still haven't sent the prescription in and there when you call them back they say they forgot to send it in...but when we called them this after noon to have it sent to a different Pharmacy they got irritated and we were told it wasn't their fault we had to wait til today... Then to top it all off when we're explaining to them that was their fault because they forgot to turn the prescription in in the 1st place they hung up on us I guess they couldn't be bothered with our complaints I'll never go back there again I guess now that Northwest is accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield will be going to their clinics (5 months ago)
