All hospitals should take a lesson from beaches hospital..The medical staff, amazing! Compassionate, friendly, kind and all around good caring people here.will recommend this Hospital to family, friends and community. I Didn't wait long..was seen By Dr. Li Sergio. Dr. Li made sure I was comfortable and informed..great bed side manner. In and out in under two hours!!! (4 weeks ago)

I had my son here in February. We had no complaints. The nurses took great care of us and were extremely friendly. The food was good. The room was very nice and clean. You get your own room and are able to deliver in the same room. Everyone kept us well informed. The anesthesiologist did a really good job with the epidural. There was support for breastfeeding. It will be even better once they finish renovations outside. (2 months ago)

A billing nightmare! If you're checked in to this hospital, every doctor, radiologist, lab work etc. is billed separately. When I was in overnight I gave my insurance card to 5 different people. But the hospital still managed to bill me as self pay while some of the treating doctors billed the insurance. Since the hospital stay want reported I was then booked higher rates for the doctors. I've had to spend 3 trips to their billing offices to get things straight. If you can go to another hospital other than Baptist medical centers. (a month ago)

I have never had a problem in this facility. My family and I have always received excellent care. The doctors and staff are always professional and courteous. I come from NYC, where most emergency rooms are ovetcrowded and the staff is overworked. This affects the overall care. So in contrast, this facility is fantastic. (a month ago)

My family has used Baptist Beaches hospital for many years. We have had emergency surgeries, E.R. visits, inpatient care. The beaches area is fortunate to have this resource. We have always found the care to be compassionate, comprehensive and highly skilled. (a month ago)
