I can only review the treatment I received in the emergency room the few times I was treated there. Every doctor I ever met was very nice caring and professional. The majority of the nursing staff is the same way. Except one nurse who was trying to draw blood from me once when I was being treated for a kidney stone I believe. Anyways she had trouble hitting my vein got angry and literally stabbed me with the needle burying it into my arm up to the end of the cathader. It hurt a lot and I just looked at her like she was crazy. I should have filed a complaint but I was so happy to have relief from the pain of the kidney stone once the cathader was in I let it go. Other than that I have always trusted baptist health to take care of me when I needed it. (in the last week)

I love the staff and doctors at this hospital! I delivered my son here 7 months ago and was taken such good care of through labor, delivery and aftercare. Dr Richardson and all the docs at Tri-County are amazing and I will certainly be recommending this hospital as a great place to have a baby for a very long time! (9 months ago)

My wife had our baby boy here and we had a great experience. Now we all use a Doctor at this location. Highly recommend (9 months ago)

I always sit in the ER for hours even when I'm the only one back here. They're slow. They always look at me like I'm stupid when I come here from my work. The people here talk bad about the place I work at. I came here one time for a fractured wrist and they told me it was just sprained and sent me back to work and that I needed to follow up with my primary care doctor. I was off work for 7 weeks thanks to the sucky ER. Would not recommend anyone to go here. EVER (9 months ago)

ATTENTION!!!!! I was very pleased with the care my grandmother received in the ER. The nurse named Benita, RN was absolutely amazing to her! She was kind and patient and never once did she act like my 90 year old grandmother didn't exist! She was very professional and patient! What a damn good nurse! Very knowledgeable! I am a nurse myself and NEVER have I been so please with another nurses performance! Benita, RN (don't know her last name) needs recognition for being an AWESOME nurse! There's not many of us nurses out there anymore that actually care!! Once we got to her room in #1418, the care went down hill from there. The night shift nurse, (Summer was her name I think) was rude and had so much jewelry on that she scratched my grandmothers skin with all her dangling bracelets. That nurse acted like it was an inconvenience that my grandmother was coming to her floor after surgery. I think she was more worried about her appearance than her patients! Since when did us nurses wear gobs of jewelry to work? Not to mention the skin tight scrubs she had on. So unprofessional! The nursing assistants were great and very helpful. My grandmother was so thankful for them! Thank you Benita for the good care! You are a true angel! (a year ago)
