If I could give 10 stars I would! I had to have an emergency surgery and I couldn't have had a better experience! The nurses, doctors and surgeons all had the most hospitality that I have ever experienced at a hospital! (2 weeks ago)

I couldn't have chosen a better hospital to deliver my baby! The nurses are all like angels who endured my screams and gave me so much needed encouragement. I'm forever grateful. (a month ago)

First of all if your trying to base this hospital off of the reviews. PLEASE KEEP SCROLLING DOWN BECAUSE THEY MANAGED PUT OUT THEIR BEST REVIEWS ON TOP. THIS HOSPITAL IS DIGUSTING AND TREATMENT IS TERRIBLE!!! If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would. Being off the face of the planet would suit this hospital more than 0 stars would. All I got to say is TERRIBLE. NASTY. RUDE. They do not even know how to treat a concusion. They didnt even give us an ice pack for this child who hit his head pretty bad and said that we need to look out for vomiting and that vomiting is all we need to look for when we go home (to watch for bad signs that something is wrong after leaving the hospital). WTH is wrong with these people. Your supposed to watch the eyes and give them a ice pack. STUPID UNEDUCATED SMALL TOWN HILL BILLIES!! NEVER!! AGAIN!! Said child will be going to a better pediatrician in Shelbyville who has very good ratings and is a Five star rated office on every review website you could go on, and we will start going to indianna for emergencys. Im pretty good at handling my anger but the way these people treat emergencys with a 5month old child is very poor and would piss anyone off!! Children deserve the best quality of care out there and I got the money to make it happen even if that means we have to MOVE!!! (2 weeks ago)

I can only review the treatment I received in the emergency room the few times I was treated there. Every doctor I ever met was very nice caring and professional. The majority of the nursing staff is the same way. Except one nurse who was trying to draw blood from me once when I was being treated for a kidney stone I believe. Anyways she had trouble hitting my vein got angry and literally stabbed me with the needle burying it into my arm up to the end of the cathader. It hurt a lot and I just looked at her like she was crazy. I should have filed a complaint but I was so happy to have relief from the pain of the kidney stone once the cathader was in I let it go. Other than that I have always trusted baptist health to take care of me when I needed it. (2 months ago)

Emergency room is not a concept for them. Might as well schedule an appointment to go to the er. Let an old man sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes with purple lips and drooling, always a waiting room full of people and waiting times at least an hour or 2. Always been the worst hospital in the area. (a week ago)
