Noisy environment, non insulated walls, noisy staff, speakers, prescribes basic over the counter stuff that you can get at a rite aid or Walgreens. Worse place to go for a migraine. Plus they didn’t ask about allergies until the doctor came in and we had to mention it ourselves. (in the last week)

Stupid, incompetent doctors, rude impatient staff; this place is a threat. There apparently has been a brain drain around here because these doctors, in fact I would say medical care in general in Tucson doesn't deserve more than one star, just like the 3rd world city Tucson is. They should rename this clinic Banner Hell. How do I know the customer concerns dept. will be any better the Banner institution? You goddamn Tucsonans are killing me with grandiose neglect. To anyone with a dietary restriction, do not go here. The staff will not listen to you about it, they will serve you food that you cannot eat, and when you tell them you can't eat it they will take it away and leave you hungry. Even if it's made repeatedly clear to the staff they will completely ignore you. If this is how they approach something so simple, I pray for each and every patient there with a more complicated issue. In terms of actual care, it's pitiful. Doctors are hardly available for more than minutes of the day, and the rest of the staff is always either busy, or simply don't care. When you talk to hospital management about these issues they will just ignore you and tell you "Thank you for your concerns" or "We take every complaint seriously" yet nothing ever will improve. To anyone responsible for this horrible system, I hope you end up in the care of somebody that treats you the same way you treat your patients. (5 months ago)

I have spend a year trying to get an appointment with the Sleep Clinic at Banner Behavioral Health's Kino Hospital Facility in Tucson. I have called and so has my doctor, and with no success. I have spoken multiple times with the assistants there, who always say they will call back to schedule and never do. As a retired professor of Hospital Administration, I'm shocked at the incompetency I have experienced at Banner Health. (a month ago)

Heads up! Despite academic medicine branding they hire for this campus supposed faculty doctors who not only failed in college to get into this medical school but any medical school. So our county cues up as default for those who do not choose hospital americans whose academic performance was so poor they had to get far away from any patients, get tutored remedially, at great expense beyond normal, often pay not be paid to get any patients on way to becoming supposed doctors. They are not regular doctors you can expect medical errrors from such people! Meanwhile the smart premeds who can not go years without any student job, who dont have cosigners for six figure loans, who would excel after actually earning an MD get at best nurse practitioner credentials. We must demamd change, require a classless society, end the various ways of denying quality control to nearly half of those in the USA. Boycot this privatised public employer of dumb rich lucky fake diploma mill doctorates of medicine or attend your loved ones funeral far too soon. (a month ago)
