Kerry, the x ray professional was the sweetest man. He made my night 10 times better. I was his last patient of the day and it was around 11 pm. He didn't rush, he took his time and made me feel comfortable. Such a sweet man. I do have to say though the lady that checked my vitals before being called back to my room was very, very rude. Other than that. Great experience from the doctors and nurses. (a week ago)

I’ve been to this hospital a few times and every time I have had great service and care. I went in last October after I split my forehead opened and although a lengthy wait in the waiting room, I had an incredible experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the facility itself is very nice. After a few hours of being treated I was released and all was well. I drove past at least 5 hospitals driving from west Phoenix to specifically go to this facility and I’m glad I did. (2 months ago)

This is by far the worst hospital I have ever dealt with. There isn’t one person that knows what they are doing. Nobody knows nothing and if they do they are not sharing it with you! If I could give -5 stars I would! So much has happened at this place, I would have to write a book for anyone to get the big picture. Stay away from this place or you will regret it. I think they use patients as cash cows. (a month ago)

I had a great privileged to come to this awesome hospital. The professional ladies (nurses and the wonderful Doctors that work here, I THANK YOU !! I've been to other hospitals in this area and Banner gateway is by far the best one ,that have provided me with such great service and support and professional services. These people are nurses are top in their field and are very caring for their patients. I had read some of the reviews that were posted on here and I don't mind telling you it scared me! But never believe how negative people are! And if you do have the chance to go to a hospital and live by here PLEASE COME HERE you will not be disappointed. I had the opportunity to meet some very wonderful nurses like Mary, Cody, Kathy And Tonya as well as the other nurses and Doctors Awesome place Thank you so much ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ (5 months ago)

I was at this hospital for about three days after a horrible scare with asthma. They took me back right away and started working on me. The doctor was very kind, and extremely caring. Without going into detail about my health, I was admitted to the hospital. There, I met unbelievably kind nurses. They took their time with me. They made me feel as if I was a person, and not some thing on a bed. The environment they provided with their personalities made being sick, ok (if that makes sense). This experience would have been horrible for me, as I was scared, and confused. However, the nurses and support staff at this hospital calmed my fears with their kindness, and attentiveness. If you are in charge, give the nurses on the third floor a raise! The only criticism I have is that if your hospital room door is closed, the room can get real hot, even if the AC unit is as low as it will go. (2 weeks ago)
