Location and Directions

I went to Urgent Care twice, and was admitted once. Each time I was at this location everyone was extremely kind. Getting in to see a Doctor in Urgent Care was quick. The doctors and nurses were all very attentive. I would easily recommend this facility to anyone. (a week ago)

I went in in September over a strain in my back and the staff ran the incorrect insurance, despite having physically handed them the proper insurance card. Twice I tried calling to rectify this, to which I received an incredible amount of attitude from the staff who, again, ran the wrong insurance (Running the same insurance account that I was calling to correct). Since then, I have received the proper bill for this visit run through my insurance and have paid that bill, however, the hospital shows that I still owe a bill for the improperly run insurance despite the fact that the bill has already been paid and the money has been taken out of my account. Furthermore, while trying to get this episode of gross incompetence within their staff handled they are sending me the improper and already paid bill with a statement saying they may refer the already paid bill to collections. This has shown me that this particular Aurora location either does not care about who it hires, is willing to hire poor staff, does not properly train staff, or a combination of the previously listed allegations. Regardless of which is correct it shows me that this is not a staff that I am willing to see again and I cannot recommend anyone else see in the future. (2 months ago)

Dr. Napier was wonderful but then was referred to Dr. Dervish for pain management. He was the most rude and uncaring doctor I've ever experienced! I had fractured vertebrae and something affecting the nerves & muscles on the right side of my body. Every time I had to go back in to see him he would ask if I was getting better and when I told him no, the pain wasn't better he got really mad at me and very mean. At my last appt. he told me I would just have to live with the pain. Needless to say I never went back. You would think he would refer me back to the neurologist or rheumatologist that deal with nerve & muscle issues. Instead Dr. Dervish just let me suffer. Clearly when I had my accident something was injured but he never even tried to address the issues! I'll never go back! Update: I did contact the HR dept. about this so I see no use in sending my contact info. to that email the "owner" provided, it's probably the same dept. Apparently it's ok for him to treat people this way because he is still there today. Since my experience with Dr. Dervish I've heard about him in 2 other doctor's offices. I've learned that I'm not alone and that he treats a lot of people like this. I was told that it is common knowledge in the medical community/doctor's community that he doesn't like women. There is no excuse and makes the matter even worse! I can't believe someone hasn't filed a discrimination lawsuit! (a week ago)

Our two youngest children were both delivered here and unfortunately were in the NICU for different lengths of time. The nurses in the NICU were amazing, they took excellent care of me and our babies. Aurora even has a small hotel on the top floor and only charged us $25 a night since our children were there so anytime the kids woke up they called and we were able to come down to feed them. We have been patients at Aurora for several years now and although I have met a few doctors that I didn’t like, overall Aurora is a great hospital. Everyone from my general Dr to our pediatrician has always been very helpful, I wld definitely recommend Aurora to anyone looking to be more than just a random number. (a month ago)

I had a great experience at auroa outside of the one nurse who was terribly rude and unhelpful when I was soaking basically a diaper pad in 2 minutes with blood after ten houts after having a baby... also the discharge process needs some cleaning up. We waited for three to 4 hours to get our discharge papers... most of the people are great but some dont care at all (a month ago)
