Location and Directions

If I could give 0 stars I would! I dont think acmc was included in the ratings when they claimed Cleveland clinic was the number 2 hospital in the nation. 1st mishap was with the scheduling with my husbands surgery. Tried to do it a week early due to a "family emergency". What kind of emergency happens a week before is beyond me but they managed to do it the week he had off but a few days sooner. Problem being, THEY MESSED UP THE TIMES. Without going into much detail he wasn't able to be put under but had to do local! He was NOT pleased. 2nd round about was with Dr.Taich. the man has HORRIBLE bed side manner. Acts as if your inconvienceing him if your taking to long, or if you have to bring a nursing child with you. Left as clueless as when I came in and was shipped off to another specialist. The man completely needs to work on his bed side manner, explaining things, and have a little patience. 3rd go around was with Dr. Goldmans (peds gastro) office in the speciality clinic. My appointment and my daughters appointment were scheduled pretty close. Knowing this I called her office 3-4 weeks before the appointment asking my appointment be moved to 4. The receptionist confirmed and said "she would put a note in my file" I then proceeded to ask if she was sure everything was okay and she said it was fine. Day of appointment came ended my appointment, came down to her office at 3:30 only to be handed a bunch of excuses and her refusal to see my daughter even though I was told my appointment was moved no issues. I was then given the excuse that the receptionist was asking her all day if she would let me "be late" (when to my knowledge I thought my appointment was moved) and Dr. Goldman said no. They could of called me sooner to let me know she was going to deny seeing me but failed to do so. 4th, had an ordeal in the er. Daughter had a blockage that needed xrayed right away after sitting here for 6 hrs she finally got her xray and the blockage passed. Had issues with a billy ruben results and delivery of a light. The place is just a mess. Due to all these recent mishaps we will be switching 98% of our services to UH. Communication is non exsistant when it comes to everything at this hospital. They really need to work on these issues. (a week ago)

Convenient is only reason I come here! Er stinks!!! Bad service, and not only myself but they almost killed my mother also! But they did remodel. Anyone need a kidney Dr. I will say Dr. Picklow is an amazing Dr. But about the only one. (3 months ago)

Stupid doctors. Most nurses are nice, but doctors are rude and not very smart. Takes 5 plus hours everytime for them to leave me in a room and not check on me or do blood work or urine test and then send me home. Now am here with my sister and they are giving us the run around. Stay away from this place. (4 months ago)

Terrible place to go. gave my wife the runaround and sent us outrageous bills. I've spent the past 5 weeks trying to contact upper level management about our issues and no one will even return my messages or phone calls. If you have any choice at all of where to go for care stay away from ACMC and the Express Care they offer. (5 months ago)

The care I received was top notch, however I was there because of an accident at work therefore covered by worker's compensation. Acmc did not bill correctly and now they are trying to make me pay the bill. Totally not ok!!! (10 months ago)
