I had robotic prostate surgery here. I am grateful I did. This place is great, top notch. I was scared to death of my surgery. Everybody to the time to calm my fears, making sure I had no questions. Everybody came out and introduced themselves. I felt like I was their only patient that day even though I could see others getting readied for their procedures. This place was spotless. My room was huge. The medical staff checked on me regularly. If I rang the buzzer, I was responded to almost immediately. But what impressed me the most is the care they gave my wife. We had been up since 4am for a 7 am surgery. While I was in surgery, they gave her updates. When I finally woke up, I remember them asking her multiple times if she had eaten, if she needed anything. They made sure she was comfortable which meant the world to me. When it was time to go, my nurse went over the discharge paperwork completely making sure we had no questions. She showed us how to change the catheter bags and how to drain them properly. She didn't leave until we were 100% comfortable with what was ahead for the next week. They even called me after my discharge to check on me. I have recommended this facility to friends and people I meet. If given a choice, this is the place I will come to. I would give them 10 stars if I could. (3 months ago)

From check in to check out, this place was awesome. The staff very friendly and professional. Procedures were explained in detail. Overall a great experience considering i was going in for surgery. Everyone was very attentive and on point with how the surgery preparation was going to play out, up until my surgeon came in and was ready for the surgery. Not sure what's going on in billing dept. I read some of the other reviews and some people aren't to happy. I'll be finding out in the next 3 months on how that goes. But the actual presence of being there and being taken care of couldn't of been better...nice facility! (6 months ago)

I couldn't be more happier about my stay. Everyone was absolutely AMAZING! And... A special note to a certain man there named Gary ( my Irish hero)... You friend are an angel. I can never thank you enough. :) (9 months ago)

Went in for a lumbar injection. Everyone from front desk to nursing staff to physician was very nice. Very concerned with me as I don't do well with needles. Very clean modern place as well. Only issue was my scheduled procedure time was 0545, but was about 0715 before it actually occurred. Would recommend Arise to anyone. Just hope I don't encounter the billing issues other folks have voiced. (a year ago)

I felt cared for and respected the minute I walked in the door. From the pre-op appointment all the way through being released, I was comforted by the professionalism and friendliness of ALL the staff. This includes Reception, Pre-Op, OR, and in-room Nursing, The hospital is quiet. Rooms are large and provide both recliner and couch for overnight visitors. Treatment and procedures were clearly explained in advance. If I ever require surgery again, I'll request Arise. Good work, everyone. (a year ago)
