If I could give this place a 0, I would. This was one of the most unorganized hospitals I have ever been to. I came in with fainting and shakiness issues. When the doctor asked me what was going on, I never even got the chance to explain to him everything that was going on & was interrupted numerous times. They diagnosed me with a headache but yet I was in the hospital for over 6 hours. They also lost my ekg and my urine and asked for both test twice. Overall this experience was horrible. I would recommend getting your health treatments done else where. (a month ago)

Our experience there yesterday in the ER was fantastic. Mostly everybody was super-kind and the ER doctor was fantastic. We immediately were in and were out a few hours later. It's too bad about some of these negative comments. We really found no reason to put anything negative up here. It was all good. (2 months ago)

2 ER visits and no help. I was having problems breathing because of an allergic reaction. My throat was swollen inside, and my head was so full of fluid that I could hardly think to tell the Dr. my symptoms. Later I had my daughter in law take a pic of hives in my throat, so that I could take them to the PCP. But what is really bad about Mercy in general is billing. I did not have my insurance card with me when I went. I have a $75 ER copay. I gave them my insurance info, but they still put me down as a self pay. I cannot get them to bill my insurance company. I keep calling, and they do nothing. If they send it to collections without billing the insurance, I am suing them. You don't mess with my credit. I have also noticed that when you give a bad review on here, that everyone gets the same answer word for word. But if you write a good review, you get a personal response--interesting. (a month ago)

Wow, absolutely disappointed in this ER visit. If I could give it a zero, I would . This is an ER.... people are ill and not feeling good. All I see is nothing but Doctors and nurses socializing... eating snacks on the floor... rarely checking on patients. Very disgusted!!!!!! (2 weeks ago)

I had hernia repair surgery and had nothing but great service. I had to stay 3 days and the nursing staff and cna on 3rd floor were extremely caring and excellent as well. Myself, my wife and my son have all had surgery here. I have been admitted here before and never had a bad experience. I love this hospital. The wound center is exceptional too. Dr Lane and his staff couldn’t be any nicer either. I would recommend this place to anyone. (5 months ago)
