We have not been to this hospital in years. I believe 2015 to be the last time there. Every time we go, they call us 2 to 3 years later and claim we owe them money... I pay my bills, so it’s not me dodging or Ducking them. They suck at billing... we have gone through this twice and now starting a 3rd time. We call and they tell us we owe nothing just to turn around in a year or two and try to slam us with another bill.... this place is garbage and with customer service, and billing, we will never go back. Always do follow ups after care with primary physician. Always miss diagnosed. Then a 2nd trip to pharmacy. Staff needs P.R. courses. And the volunteer JOHN. started.screaming "BULL...." cause I asked the front desk reception lady for signed statement from doctor treating my friend. My opinion go to Blackwell Hospital. Better service and fast (4 months ago)

If I could give this a negative rating, I would. I am an RN and my husband is a paramedic of over 15 years. He had an anaphylactic reaction to chemicals and was unable to breathe and was in obvious respiratory distress. Dr. Holdman and his staff refused to give my husband the drugs necessary to open his airways in fact they gave him a sedative (after both my husband refused the drug twice and I told the nurse twice not to give it, which btw is illegal, if a patient refuses a medication you cannot give it ) Dr Holdman refused to properly treat my husband and was basically watching him die. We left AMA and rushed to Stillwater Medical Center . Avoid this hospital at all all costs, if you are near death they will make sure you die, they will do nothing to save your life. Drive elsewhere no matter what. We will be filing a complaint with the Oklahoma state board of medical licensing and state board of nursing. I would recommend anyone that has had a similar experience to do the same. Stillwater medical center was a breath of fresh air, literally. (a month ago)

Wonderful people and clean rooms. My 15 year old had her first surgery there and very please with the service and caring she received as an outpatient. She was very relaxed and comfortable. The doctor and nurses and everyone onboard was very helpful. Thank you all for making her experience and ours a relaxing one. (8 months ago)

Worst hospital experience of my life. I broke my collar bone in a motorcycle accident and this was the nearest hospital. We get there and no one seems to even care!! We sat in the waiting room for close to 30 minutes and filling out paperwork before they even look at me. They do some x-rays and tell me it's just fractured, put me in a sling, and say I'll be fine just come back in a week. Well I'm no doctor but I could literally feel where my collar bone was completely broken! Anyways we're walking out and they somehow lost my paperwork we JUST filled out!! Come back to Wichita and go to a real hospital. Sure enough my collar bone is broken into 4 pieces and I have a fractured rib! I end up having surgery the next day. I wouldn't send my dog to this sorry excuse for a hospital. (9 months ago)
