I just got home from this hospital. I found ALL the help caring, efficient the minute I called and. Very clean. (a week ago)

A close relative had surgery here. The staff was EXTREMELY KIND and they checked on us multiple times in the waiting room. They gave us consistent updates on my relatives operation. The facility is very clean. The staff is calm and we’re willing to go over any questions we had. I wish I could give this place ten stars! Bravo! (4 months ago)

I am extremely disgusted with this healthcare facility.!! And I wouldn't bring My dying dog there. My 2 yr old granson..2 yrs old..!!! had been sick and crying in obvious pain so my daughter called me here in Florida for more advice. I suggested for her to take him into the ER so she did. I was concerned not only with the fever, but he has a rash. Scarlet fever was going around from strep in Indiana. She took him in but was NEVER taken back to ER..he at the age of 2 was seen and treated in the waiting room...ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? No throat swab, no cultures, the Physician came and treated him in the waiting room...talk about a major HIPPA violation!!! This administration should really take a look at how this meat market is ran..this was a 2 yr old baby treated on an open waiting room...Shame on you SSH...!!! I pray people read this and think twice before taking their loved ones there. (3 weeks ago)

ER is so dirty, ER nurses and physicians are very rude. Took my mom there and they finally called her after 3 hr wait, put us in the very corner room, waited for 1hr and half for someone to finally come in and assess my mom and that’s only cause we pushed the nurses button. Nurses came in and said they had critical patients. My mom has CHF and Pneumonia, but I guess that’s not critical for them, for us seeing her not being able to breathe was not only critical but Urgent, that is why we took her to Emergency Room, we could have made a doctors appointment for next week if we thought she could wait. Might have to change physicians just so that she doesn’t go there again!!! 😡😡😡😡 (2 months ago)

Great Hospital! It's a hospital with excellent services provided with up to date equipment. The name suburban shouldn't fool you. They have superspecialized doctors taking rounds providing best of care. (2 months ago)
