Location and Directions

I am extremely happy and proud to be calling this facility my new place of employment! I have lived in this area my entire life and BroMenn has an amazing reputation. While it is impossible to please everyone, I am confident that Advocate BroMenn has the best interest of its patients and their families as a top priority. I am looking forward to being able to making a positive impact in the lives of the people who I serve here. (a month ago)

If your child has special needs and you take them there for emergency medical help but decide this place isnt for you, they will threaten to put you in jail and force you to sign papers to have your kid admitted to the mental hospital even after the child is calm. They only want your money, they are racist and they do not like you if you jave mental disabilities. I pray to god that they shut this evil corporation down. If you go here you WILL regret it eventually, this place helped ruin my childs life and my kid is now terrified to be near any doctor. (in the last week)

Excellent staff and no wait time in waiting area or room. Quick results and everyone knew what they were doing. (2 months ago)

I would give zero stars if i could.. They had very poor bedside manner and did not listen to what i had to say at all. Treated me like i didnt matter. They rushed me in and out and didnt seem to care about my health at all. I had a severe allergic reaction that started early in the morning, i went to BroMenn because i was starting to get a rash and swelling on my face, neck, chest, etc. They took their sweet time getting me back to be seen, granted they were busy, but i would say an aergic reaction is a cause for concern especially with sweelling of the throat. Once i got to be seen, they pumped me full of steroids and antihistamines, which made me have extreme pain in my stomach almost immediately. I laid there crying, screaming, and sobbing in pain for over half an hour. No one asked what was wrong. No one came in to check on me. And I was obviously loud enough to be heard because the patient next door to me had a dad who came to see if i was okay. I tried to get help from the nurse's desk, but no one paid attention to me until i fell to the floor doubled over in pain. I unfortunately had to visit them twice the same day because the swelling-allergic reaction came back the same evening. Honestly if something like that happens to me again, id rather risk my life and drive to a different ER. I added a few photos to show how severe my allergic reaction was. And how serious it was. I was covered literally head to toe, including my scalp and bottoms of my feet. I was swollen and rashed everywhere. (a month ago)

The exam before they okay one for an operation is a joke. They did not take my concerns about previous operation complications into account . Very unprofessional . I definitely did not go through with the operation , or go back to them for anything . (2 months ago)
