Being my first time dealing with the ER, and being admitted to the Hospital for two days, I was very pleased with the cleanliness, and friendly, staff. Every employee, from the Doctors & Nurses to the Transports, Housekeeping & food service employees were all very polite, friendly, and always offered a smile. The best medicine in my book. I have been a patient of La Grange for over 30 years, and switched to Bolingbrook for convenience purposes and I am pleased. Thank you for making my stay the best it could be under the circumstances. I had outpatient surgery yesterday and received wonder care. My nurse, Cindy, was fantastic and helped me feel more at ease. The chaplain came in to pray with me and was very sweet. I can't remember the names of her or the anesthesiologist or any of the recovery nurses, but they were all helpful and caring. Personally, as far as hospital visits go, I had a good one. BEWARE! The worst decision my dad made was driving to this facility with hopes of getting help but instead the unthinkable happened. Because of the front desk's mistake, my precious father is no longer with us. The doctor took advantage of my dad"s vulnerability & over prescribed him numerous drugs that caused his death. He certainly have no regard for human life at all, he just saw $$$$. I reached out to the patient advocate but never heard back from them. They just don't give a damn! Please learn from our MISTAKE. Their Jack Kervokian & his nurses betrayed our trust. After the fact, I heard folks declined to be admitted in this facility since they have no faith to be in the care of unprofessional staff here. That speaks volume!! They shouldn't be allowed to treat people for their only solution is DEATH. (a month ago)

I recently had to visit the ER. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The doctor was very informative. The tests were conducted and I received the results very quickly. As far as ER visits are concerned, everything was smooth . (a month ago)

So I went to this hospital two times. The first was for a suicidal thoughts they kept me in the er for 6 days!!! They were very very rude to me and I ended up in restraints and they made fun of me also made fun of other people I was so angry but of course I couldn’t leave. The second time was for my hand I thought I broke it I got in to x-ray fast but it took them 6 hours to see a c-ray they took within the first ten minutes of being there my hand wasn’t broken I hope the hospital gets shut down very rude nurses and everyone there needs to be re trained (2 months ago)
