If I could give them negative 20 stars I would... I cannot post enough on how many times myself, my family and friends have been treated like rats here.... They are rated one of the worst in the nation for a reason.... I stepped on a spike and had a massive infection in my foot... Went to the ER... Saw a Dr. Who said nothing wrong with you just a tiny puncture wound.. Gave me an antibiotic... As I walk out to the lobby I start getting hives and throat itchy.. Starts closing.. I explain this to the triage nurse and am told to sign in pay and wait... This is a life threatening event... Run out GO TO THOMPSON PEAK SEE A DR WHO IMMEDIATELY GIVES ME A SHOT TO GET THE ALLERGIC REACTION UNDER CONTROL AND I EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED AT PV... HE RESPONDED ARE YOU JOKING ME YOU HAVE A MASSIVE INFECTION AND ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE .AFTER 6 DAYS OF BEING HOSPITALIZED I WAS AS GOOD AS NEW.... STEER CLEAR OF THIS QUACK HOUSE... (a month ago)

Worst hospital ever! My grandma has been here for two days and she’s tired of being here. She doesn’t feel comfortable. The staff here is very rude, very unprofessional, they take forever to come to the room even though we called and called and even walked to the desk. No wonder their rating is at 2. Never again will I or any of my family will come here. 😶😶😶 (2 months ago)

I am a transgendered man that was admitted to this hospital yesterday for abdominal pain. Within an hour I was in my room, given meds, and triaged two hours later with appendicitis and being prepped for surgery. I have had the unfortunate lot in life to experience a lot of ER visits on Phoenix, Mesa, Northern Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Glendale. This was by far the best care I have ever received. The staff was so compassionate and knowledgeable. This was my first surgery, and my surgeon was so good I feel no pain and was eating solid food with no issues within 5 hours of my surgery, which is the best outcome you could ask for. They helped me with everything, including filing for access because I am unemployed. I honestly felt like every single person I encountered treated me like a how they would treat a friend and family member in the same situation. I would recommend this Hospital to anyone over the immediate ones in the Area. Mayo Clinic and Deer Valley North are especially heinous. Thanks for everything folks! (a month ago)

Came in through ER. Met with immediate care from wonderful caring staff. , I also visited Med/Surg; Pre-Op; OR; post op;ICU; Tele; Medical 2nd fl. I and my family couldn't have been more impressed and surprised! I knew the "PV Hospital of long ago". It is a new Day! Ranked, in my opinion, among the other high ranking hospitals in the valley. I am visited as a patient to all the best ones. Hospitals are made by the nurses- well the best and most dedicated are found here! I thank God I was sent to this wonderful compliment of nurses and doctors. Who, happened to save my life- and it wasn't easy for them. (a week ago)

We have been coming to this hospital for a number of years. The reason we kept coming back was because we were normally seen quite quickly. This time, it took an hour to make it to triage, ten or 15 minutes to go into a room and about 40 minutes to be seen by a PA. We had to repeat symptoms three different times, one to the nurse at triage, another to the nurse in the room and then again to the PA. Seems like a monumental waste of time. Not as happy as in the past with this visit. (2 months ago)
